You are totally right. I've seen two videos now that do one side of the screen and then presto! They cut the video and come back and the screen is all perfect and pretty. I want to see the four hours of clips where? the guy is wrestling to get it taut & professional looking. I suspect they are leaving out all the parts that make you want to pull your hair out. And really, that's the part I need help on isn't it? Good luck!
